We’ve seen two interesting articles lately about the exciting goings on at Dallas Fort Worth (DFW).

First, the airport has been recognized by the Airport Council International for its excellent customer service for the fifth year in a row.

Second, there are big plans afoot for major improvements – think roaming check-in agents with tablet computers taking care of everything without the hassle of waiting in line, and then directing you to the shortest security queue, so you can breeze through the swanky terminal on your way to boarding a double-decker Airbus A380 for a trip to Dubai.
