I can't believe you're asking about Household income or Age!!! What has this got to do with a Survey on your shuttle service? I just wanted to say that the service we received was courteous and we appreciated the staff employed to get us to/from the airport. However we were a bit disappointed that our shuttle to the airport was late and not on schedule - causing a bit of unnecessary worry about meeting our schedule. I gave a Fair rating only because the driver was able to make an executive decision and take us without waiting for the other (late) guests.
