For some parking lots, you may prepay only a portion of the total at the time you submit the reservation; any remaining balance is then paid directly at the parking lot. Other parking lots require payment in full when you submit the reservation through our website. This information will be displayed on the checkout page and on your reservation receipt.
To make your trip as smooth as possible, there are a few important details to remember:
- You must show your reservation receipt to the lot's cashier to receive credit for your online payment. Failure to do so will not result in a refund, and you may be charged a higher rate. The balance is typically due upon return, but some locations will collect the balance on arrival. Taxes, fees, or other surcharges may be added to the daily rate - these fees are imposed by the state, city or town, and/or airport authority. While we do our best to provide an accurate estimate of these charges on your Reservation Receipt, the actual total may vary slightly based on changes made locally and will be calculated at the parking lot.
AirportParkingReservations.com may also charge a Service Fee, which enables us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping and customer support. This information will be included on the checkout page and also on your reservation receipt.
The total displayed on the checkout page is based on the dates and times you entered. Some lots calculate their rate in 24-hour increments, starting at the time your car enters the lot. Other lots calculate their rate by calendar day, which means that each individual date your car is parked will be counted as a full day.
Any applicable taxes and fees will be included in the total - you can click on the blue dot/question mark next to the Tax & Fees line on the checkout page to see an itemized breakdown. While we do our best to provide an accurate tax estimate, the actual total may vary slightly based on changes made locally and will be calculated at the parking lot. Please remember that the total shown on your receipt is based on the information you entered. Any change to your itinerary may affect the final balance.Please refer to your reservation receipt for the cancellation policy that applies to your specific reservation.
In many instances, you may cancel your reservation for a full refund (including the service fee) within the first 24 hours after your reservation was originally submitted. Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be refunded the service fee. We are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date/time.

In the interest of protecting the security of your payment information, AirportParkingReservations.com does not transmit your credit card information to the parking lot. You will need to present a form of payment at the lot when paying any remaining balance. Be sure to have a copy of your Reservation Receipt available for the cashier.
For those parking lots located in the United States, all quotes and charges are billed in US dollars.
For our Canadian parking partners, all quotes are listed in CAD. The prepaid (“Pay Now”) amount will be billed in US dollars, while any remaining balance will be billed in CAD at the lot. Changes in the exchange rate and fees imposed by your credit card may result in a small difference between the deposit amount quoted and the final amount charged to your card.Coupon Codes can be used on new reservations only and cannot be applied retroactively. Each parking lot’s management provides the rate information that is displayed on our website, which may be lower than the usual rate for ‘drive-up’ customers. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any other coupons, offers, discounts, or promotions. Also, special offers through deal-of-the-day websites (i.e. Groupon, Amazon Local, Living Social, etc.) cannot be combined with reservations made through our website.
While the rates available on AirportParkingReservations.com are usually lower than those offered by the parking lot directly, our Parking Partners may change their rates at any time. But it's important to remember that having a guaranteed reservation means not having to worry about not being able to find a spot on the day of your flight, and that's worth a lot!
If you have a question about the amount you were charged by the parking lot, please use the Contact Us page to get in touch with Customer Service. We will contact the parking lot on your behalf and ask them to review your billing. You may also contact the parking lot directly at the telephone number provided on your Reservation Receipt.
Presenting a copy of your Reservation Receipt is required in order to guarantee the rate on your reservation. If you were charged a higher rate because you did not show a copy of your Reservation Receipt to the cashier, please use the Contact Us page to get in touch with Customer Service. We will contact the parking lot on your behalf and ask for an adjustment; however, we cannot guarantee that they will accommodate this request. You may also contact the parking lot directly at the telephone number provided on your Reservation Receipt.

Making a reservation for that package allows you to stay overnight at a hotel near the airport and leave your vehicle parked there while you are away. If you see a "Sold Out" button in place of the usual "Park Here" button, that parking lot does not have any more spaces available through AirportParkingReservations.com for your selected dates.
An "Unavailable" notation means that parking lot is currently not accepting reservations through AirportParkingReservations.com. We include the listing for informational purposes, so you can compare rates and services with other parking lots in the area.There are a few airports we currently do not serve. Just like you wouldn't arrive at an airport without a ticket, or at a hotel without a room reservation, it's always best to have an airport parking reservation before you head to the parking lot. By making a reservation, you'll often get a lower rate than you would otherwise, and you won't have to worry about being turned away if the lot is sold out.
The rate without a reservation, or ‘drive-up rate,’ varies widely depending on the parking lot and date/time of your arrival. Parking lots often change the drive-up rate based on availability and volume. One of the benefits of making a reservation is that your rate is guaranteed and ‘locked in’, so even if the ‘drive-up rate’ goes up, you’ll pay the rate shown on your Reservation Receipt.
AirportParkingReservations.com specializes in off-airport parking and does not facilitate reservations for the airport’s own parking lots. However, we may list rates for those lots to better enable our customers to compare prices and features.
We are proud to feature hundreds of thousands of parking lot reviews on our website, allowing our customers to make an informed decision when choosing a parking lot. Our customers receive an email inviting them to write a review upon completion of their reservation. A check mark next to a review indicates it was written by a 'verified customer,' meaning someone who completed an AirportParkingReservations.com reservation at that parking lot. However, anyone is free to submit a review by clicking the 'Write a Review' button on the parking lot page.

If your reservation was prepaid in full, the price of the reservation was calculated based on the information you entered when booking. Regrettably, we are not able to offer any refund for an early return.

Because the parking lots on our website are independently owned and operated, we are unable to transfer your reservation to another location. You would need to cancel your existing reservation and then submit a new reservation at the preferred location. A refund/credit for the cancelled reservation will be processed according to our Cancellation Policy.

Making a Reservation

From the AirportParkingReservations.com home page, select your airport of departure, enter your parking dates, and click SEARCH. The next page will display a list of lots in that area. You can click on the name of each facility to see a summary page that includes hours of operation, shuttle frequency, and other helpful information.
Once you have selected a lot, click the PARK HERE or BOOK NOW button. On the next page, please verify the dates and enter the times you expect to drop off and pick up your vehicle. The total for your stay will be displayed under the Order Summary. (If you have a coupon code, please enter it now.) Click the CONTINUE button.
- To proceed as a guest, please enter your email address and click the Continue button.
- If you have an existing account, please click the Sign In tab, enter your username and password, and click the SIGN IN button.
Enter your credit card information on our secure check-out page, along with the billing information associated with the card. (If you wish to include a different driver's name, you may do so by clicking the link under the Zip Code field.) Click "Complete Reservation." If you do not see that option, you may not be logged into your account, or you might not have any available credit.

Self - You will park your own vehicle and keep your key. Valet - Typically, you will drive directly to the parking lot and give your key to an attendant, who will provide you with a valet ticket and park your car. However, at some parking lots, the valet attendant might drive you to the airport in your own car; at other lots, the valet attendant might meet you at the airport and take your car back to the lot. Indoor - Parking is indoors, away from the elements. Covered - Parking is outside but under a cover that protects your car from the elements. Please check the information displayed on each lot’s page for additional details.Each parking lot’s management provides the rate information that is displayed on our website, which may be lower than the usual rate for ‘drive-up’ customers. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any additional coupons, offers, discounts, or promotions for reservations made through our website.
Coupon Codes issued by our website can be entered on the checkout page for a discount off the prepayment amount required for your reservation. Most of our Parking Partners provide free transportation between the parking lot and airport via shuttle. Typically, you should allow at least 20-30 minutes to check in at the lot, park, and take the shuttle to your terminal. Be sure to confirm the shuttle frequency ahead of time, since some locations have limited hours of operation.
Please note that some locations may offer other services, like airport dropoff in your own vehicle, limo dropoff/pickup, etc. You can find this information on the parking lot info page on our site, or by contacting the lot at the phone number proved on your Reservation Receipt. Please be sure to read all available information about the parking lot before making your reservation, since there are some lots that do not have shuttles and/or have alternative arrangements.Your Reservation Receipt will include specific instructions for the lot you selected. - Wait in the designated area at the airport for the next regularly scheduled shuttle pickup, - Use the courtesy phones in the baggage area to contact the lot for pickup, or - Use your phone to call the number on your claim check to request pickup. Please be sure to read all available information about the parking lot before making your reservation, since there are some lots that do not have shuttles and/or have alternative arrangements. If you have additional questions, you can also ask the lot attendant when you drop off your car regarding their return procedures.Most airlines require passengers to check in at least one hour before a domestic flight and even earlier for international travel. Remember to consider traffic, shuttle frequency, and distance from the airport when planning. It's always better to arrive early!

Traveling during peak times and holidays may require more time, so please plan accordingly.The process for retrieving your car varies by location. Usually, you will be in the presence of a parking lot employee while checking in or out. As with any parking lot, the parking lot operator is not responsible for any valuables left in your vehicle. For specific concerns, please ask the lot attendant when you arrive.The reservation itself cannot be changed once it has been submitted. The next page will display a list of lots in that area, along with map. You can click on the name of each parking facility to see a summary page that includes hours of operation, shuttle frequency, and other helpful information.
Once you have selected a lot, click the PARK HERE button. On the next page, please verify your parking dates and enter the times you expect to drop off and pick up your vehicle. The total for your stay will be displayed on the checkout page under the Order Summary. Reservations cancelled after 24 hours have passed since the time of booking will be refunded the total amount paid online minus the service fee and other penalties accessed by the hotel. We are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date.

For many reservations, the prepaid deposit amount is refundable once you provide us with the hotel’s cancellation number. (If you used Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded in the form of Credit to your account.)

If you only prepaid a portion of total in advance, please call the hotel directly at the telephone number provided on your Reservation Receipt and request a cancellation number. Be sure to include the hotel's cancellation number with your online submission.
If your reservation was prepaid in full, it is not necessary to contact the hotel before submitting your online request. Please refer to your reservation receipt to see how the cancellation policy will affect your refund.

If receiving reservation details by fax/email, hotel personnel will then enter the information into their system. ParkSleepFly will continue correspondence by sending the hotel a daily summary of all reservations, and around three additional faxes or emails before you arrive.
Each of our listed hotels also has an online account that allows 24-hour access to ParkSleepFly reservations. Reservations usually show up in their systems within minutes or hours, but in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours before your reservation appears.
Hotels have limited capacity for both rooms and parking spaces. Just like you wouldn’t arrive at an airport without a ticket, it’s important to make a ParkSleepFly reservation before your trip. By making a reservation ahead of time, you will often get a lower rate than you would otherwise, and it’s one less thing to worry about before your trip!
Most hotels will allow children under the age of 16 to stay at no additional charge, meaning they do not need to be included in the number of guests when making your reservation. However, remember to consider them when specifying the number of beds you will need.
Individual hotel policies vary, however, so we recommend that you contact Customer Service if your reservation includes children, so that we can ensure your reservation is processed correctly..
The ParkSleepFly package typically allows 2 or 4 guests per room. There may be an extra fee charged for additional guests, and most hotels have a maximum allowance of four guests per room, due to fire code restrictions. Most hotels require the guest whose name is on the reservation to be at least 18 years old, although some hotels may have a minimum age requirement of 21 or 25. Reviews can be submitted by completing a post-reservation survey. Due to the sheer volume of reviews we receive, we are unable to publish every submission, and all reviews are subject to moderation and approval.
ParkSleepFly uses state-of-the-art e-commerce security to protect your information. The website is PCI-compliant and uses SSL encryption to process all the information on the website.
Your email address and telephone number are used for communicating with you about your reservation. You will receive your Reservation Receipt and other important communications by email. We will never sell your email address to anyone.
Changes / Cancellations
Each reservation has its own cancellation policy which determines whether or not you are eligible for a refund, either partial or in full. Please review the policy shown on your Reservation Receipt.
Generally, as long as you are not in conflict with the Hotel Cancellation policy, you may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the time of booking for a full refund. Reservations cancelled after 24 hours have passed since the time of booking will be refunded the total amount paid online minus the service fee and other penalties accessed by the hotel. We are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date.

Making a Reservation
To make a reservation, please return to the ParkSleepFly home page to enter your trip information, including your departure airport and parking dates. Enter the number of guests and click the SEARCH button to see a list of available hotel packages in that area.
You can click on the hotel name to see additional information about each location, including shuttle availability. Once you have made your selection, please click the SELECT or BOOK button to proceed to the Checkout page. Please confirm the dates under the Summary on the right side of the page. If any information is incorrect, you can click the "Change" link to make modifications. Complete the requested information under Guest Details, enter your Payment Information, and click the BOOK NOW button. Your Reservation Receipt will then appear on screen; a copy of that receipt will also be sent to the email address you provided.

The basic ParkSleepFly package includes one night's stay at the hotel and a specific number of parking days, typically 7 or 14. However, many hotels will allow you to purchase additional parking days. You can review each hotel's information, rates, and parking days allowed by clicking on the hotel name for each property. The checkout page (and your Reservation Receipt) will also display the total for the dates you entered.
Typically, Room-Only reservations do not include parking.

To request an email copy of your Reservation Receipt, click 'Help' at the top of the page, then choose the 'Reservation Receipt' tab and complete the requested information. A copy of the receipt will be sent to the email address you entered when the reservation was submitted.
If you have already logged into your account, please click your name at the top of the page and select ‘My Reservations.' You will see a list of your reservation history. Please click one of the options from the left side of the page to retrieve a copy of your receipt.
If you are having trouble receiving an emailed copy, be sure to check your spam folder. You may need to add [email protected] to your ‘whitelist’ or make other adjustments to your settings in order to ensure that your email provider delivers our emails to your Inbox.

All prices and amounts listed on your receipt are part of the 'Payment Details' section and outline the specifics of your overall reservation cost:
- The 'Total' amount shows your total cost for your reservation.
The amount will include our Service Fee (or booking fee). The 'Service Fee' is what we charge for providing a platform for comparison shopping, discounted price, and customer support.
Any Coupon Codes or Credits will also appear on your receipt and will effect your Paid amount.
A tax estimate will also be shown on the receipt. Despite making this estimate as accurate as possible, the actual end price charged at the hotel (if any) may vary slightly.
- The 'Paid' amount shows the amount you prepaid to secure your reservation. The 'Deposit' is a percentage of your package's total cost credited by the hotel upon your arrival.
- The 'Remaining Due' amount will show you the amount you need to pay upon arriving at the hotel. This is any applicable amount that remains after your prepaid amount is taken out.

To use a Coupon Code, click ‘Have a Coupon Code?’ link under the ‘Reservation Summary’ on the checkout page, enter the Coupon Code, and click ‘Apply.’ You will then see that amount deducted from the ‘Pay Now’ amount.
We ask for the Card Verification Code (CVC) to verify that the card is in the physical possession of the person attempting to use it.
The security code for a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card is a three-digit number printed on the back of the credit card in the signature panel. For an American Express card, the security code is a four-digit number located on the front of the card, just above the card number.
If you receive an error message after submitting your reservation, please make sure that your billing name (including middle initial), address, and zip code match the information on your card. Also, verify that the expiration date and security code are correct.
Please note that each attempt may place another hold on your card for the Pay Now amount. Typically, those temporary authorizations will drop off your account within a few days, depending on your bank.

To view your reservation history with ParkSleepFly, sign into your account. Then click on your name at the top of the page and select ‘My Reservations’ from the drop-down menu.
