This will depend on the type of reservation you’ve made.

If you paid in full in advance and need to change your reservation, please contact Customer Service via our Contact Us form. Our team can help guide you through the process, however you will need to cancel your existing reservation and make a new one. Refunds will not be given if you return early from your trip.

If you have paid a deposit and your arrival time, departure time, or your departure date has changed, your reservation remains valid and you can inform the Lot attendant on arrival.

Yes. Most reservations can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund, including the booking fee. Look for the ‘Free Cancellation’ label when choosing your lot.

To cancel, complete the cancellation form using your Reservation ID and check-in date. If canceled after 24 hours, you’ll receive a refund for the parking cost only, excluding the booking fee.

Cancellations are not accepted after your scheduled arrival time.
