You will receive a copy of your receipt to the email address you provide.

The process for updating a parking reservation depends on the reservation type.

For prepaid reservations, please contact Customer Service through our Contact Us form. Depending on the situation, you may need to cancel the booking and make a new one. Refunds are not issued for unused days if you come back early.

If you paid a deposit, a change to the arrival date requires a cancellation and new reservation.

If only the arrival time, departure time, or departure date changes, your reservation remains active and no further action is needed beyond informing the lot attendant.

In most situations, you can cancel your reservation within 24 hours of making the reservation and receive a complete refund, including the booking fee. Look out for the "Free Cancellation" notice before confirming your reservation.

To cancel, fill in the cancellation form using your Reservation ID and scheduled check-in date. After the first 24 hours, refunds are limited to parking charges only.

Please be aware that cancellations are not possible after the reserved arrival time.
