Self-Park: Customers are requested to enter the facility and follow the signs to the entrance where they can scan their barcode/QR Code and validate the reservation and enter the secure lot. Lot attendants will guide you where to park. Self-Park customers are requested they remain at their car since the shuttles pick-up and drop-off at your vehicle. Please note your parking spot number so that upon return you can inform the shuttle driver where you parked for a quick and efficient return experience.
Valet: Customers are requested to pull into the Valet Drop-off area where they will be greeted by staff. Please show your reservation details to validate the booking and leave your keys with the staff and in return you will be handed a valet ticket. The staff shall assist with loading your luggage and other items into the executive shuttles. Simply step into the shuttle and enjoy the quick 3-minute ride to the airport!
Please note all EV vehicles need to park Valet so that vehicles can be charged upon your return.
