Contacts at the hotel and drop off were above reproach. Fantastic. Got there and dropped off at airport with no waiting. Shuttle drivers going and coming were fantastic. Will now use them every time we go to las vegas.

Bad... Hotel phone lines were down upon return, had to use UBER and not free shuttle as expected.
