This is a hotel that is supplementing their income with parking income. They do not treat the program as a priority. When we got our bags at the airport , we called for the shuttle and were on hold for over 5 minutes so we called on another phone and got a shuttle. We never got off hold on the first phone.
Waited 20 minutes to be picked up at hotel. Waited 40 minutes at airport, the 30 minutes to get to hotel.
Definitely will use this service in the future! Highly recommend it!
