Step 1: Enter Detroit Airport and your travel dates into the booking form and click ‘Search’

Step 2: Review available parking options, including prices and shuttle details

Step 3: Choose your preferred lot and click ‘Park Here’

Step 4: Confirm your details and click ‘Reserve Parking’

Step 5: Enter your drop-off and collection times and proceed to checkout

Step 6: Complete your booking by entering payment details

You will receive a confirmation email with your receipt.

This will depend on the type of reservation you’ve made.

If you paid in full in advance and need to change your reservation, please contact Customer Service via our Contact Us form. Our team can help guide you through the process, however you may need to cancel your existing reservation and make a new one. Refunds will not be given if you return early from your trip.

If you have paid a deposit and your arrival date has changed, you will have to cancel your reservation and make a new one. You can see details of our Cancellation Policy below.

If you have paid a deposit and your arrival time, departure time, or your departure date has changed, your reservation remains valid and you can inform the Lot attendant on arrival.

In most cases, you can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund, including your booking fee. Look for the ‘Free Cancellation’ message when choosing your parking lot.

To cancel, fill out the cancellation form with your Reservation ID and check-in date. If you cancel after 24 hours, you will receive a refund for the parking cost only. 

Cancellations cannot be processed after your scheduled arrival time.
