Dropping off car was not a good experience. Shuttle was at the gate and we had to walk down an icy road to the gate to pick up the shuttle. Driver let on a group of 3 people and left. We had to wait 15 minutes until he returned. No help with our bags on or off. Picking up car was totally different. Help with bags and dropped off at our car.

I had a great experience. Most impressed with having shuttle buses at airport and at the parking area. No waiting! My wife likes it because she doesn't have to drop me off and pick me up, especially when the flights are at night. Will definitely continue to use this service.
