Departure: My car was dropped off and parked by the attendant. No problem. Waited in the lobby 20 min +/- for the shuttle to airport. Upon return I was told to text my tag number to a phone number I was given (which I did). We waited about 20 min. I tried calling (no answer) re-texted the number again. 10 min. later I CALLED a different number. Was told that they "never got my texts". We waited another 15 min., were picked up taken back to the hotel. No further problems. Overall, waiting was not a huge problem but could have been if timing was an issue.
