Complimentary airport drop-off/pick-up is provided by Uber promo code. Please email the office before your departure AND include your reservation details to receive your Uber voucher. The parking lot is located across the street from the Westin San Diego Downtown on Columbia St.
Please scan your reservation at the entrance to enter and scan at the exit to leave.
If the roll grills are closed, please press the intercom (help button) to let Security know that you need the roll grills raised to access the garage, as you are a paid customer via the Airport Parking Reservations site.

PRIOR TO ARRIVING: Email parking office prior to arriving for a complimentary Uber voucher to airport (value up to $10 each way). Please email us 2 days prior to ensure your Uber voucher can be sent in a timely manner. Please download the Uber app to your phone before you email jocampogamez@aceparking.com. Any emails sent SATURDAY/SUNDAY will get a reply back Monday. Office hours: M-F 8am-5pm
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: Upon arrival, enter through the structure at the Columbia or India entrance and scan the QR code on your reservation. Enter through the gate and park at an unmarked stall of your choice. If the roll grills are closed, please press the intercom to let Security know that you need the roll grills raised to enter, as you are a paid customer via from AirportParkingReservations.com
CHECK-IN HOURS: Parking office hours: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri. If your reservation time is outside of those hours, please contact Columbia Garage at least 2 business day prior to arriving to ensure you have received your Uber voucher and/or clarify any questions you have.

Airport Transportation
NO ONSITE SHUTTLE. A Complimentary Uber voucher is offered per reservation. To receive your Uber voucher from the garage to the airport for your departure and/or when you arrive back at the airport back to the garage, please email jocampogamez@aceparking.com with your name and reservation number. Once the $20 credit voucher has been used within the Uber app, no more vouchers will be issued.
FOR DEPARTING CUSTOMERS: Once you have used the promo code to request your UBER ride through the UBER app, head to the designated ride-share pick-up area on Broadway circle to meet the driver.
FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS: Upon return from your trip, whether at the airport or cruise port, please use the promo code provided at the beginning of the trip to request UBER through the UBER app for a ride back to the lot.

I didn’t use Uber to get to and from the airport. Rather, I rode the 992 bus which runs up and down Broadway and is extremely convenient both going to the airport and coming back from the airport. Very short walk and the bus only takes approx 12 minutes and drops off at the curb in front of the terminals.

I did not use the shuttle or encounter any attendants. We arrived in San Diego late one evening. I scanned my QR code confirmation to gain access and park the car. 5 days later, I scanned it again to get out. Easy, fast, convenient. And all at a great price. Would use again.
