Arrival Info
Upon arriving at the parking garage, please scan the QR code on your reservation confirmation at the kiosk. DO NOT pull a ticket from the machine.
Airport Transportation
NO ONSITE SHUTTLE. A Complimentary Uber voucher is offered per reservation. To receive your Uber voucher from the garage to the airport for your departure and/or when you arrive back at the airport back to the garage, please email [email protected] with your name and reservation number. Once the $20 credit voucher has been used within the Uber app, no more vouchers will be issued.
FOR DEPARTING CUSTOMERS: Once you have used the promo code to request your UBER ride through the UBER app, head to the designated ride-share pick-up area on Broadway circle to meet the driver.
FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS: Upon return from your trip, whether at the airport or cruise port, please use the promo code provided at the beginning of the trip to request UBER through the UBER app for a ride back to the lot.
