Arrival Info
Upon arrival, head to the hotel's front desk and present a copy of your Reservation Receipt. Please arrive at the hotel 30 minutes prior to your shuttle departure time. Shuttle departs the parking lot every hour from 8 am to 8 pm, at the top of the hour to Terminal 1 and at the bottom of each hour to Terminal 2.
PLEASE NOTE this hotel has set their temporary shuttle hours as 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM TO the airport, but they will pick-up from the airport 24/7.
**ALSO NOTE: Please call the hotel (at 651-450-7511) after 3:00pm (CST) the day BEFORE your check-in date to arrange shuttle transportation. If you book a reservation after 3:00pm CST on the same day you're traveling, please call the hotel right after to arrange shuttle transportation.
Airport Transportation
Shuttle service TO the airport runs 8 am-8 pm, 7 days a week. Shuttle service FROM the airport runs 24/7.
Shuttle departs the parking lot every hour, at the top of the hour to Terminal 1 and at the bottom of the hour to Terminal 2. Please arrive at the hotel at least 30 minutes prior to shuttle departure time. (Those who fail to do so will need to wait for the next shuttle.)
Your reservation includes shuttle transportation for up to 4 people. If you require additional seats in the shuttle, please contact the hotel front desk at least 24 hours prior to arrival to ensure your party can be accommodated.
