Fortunately, I am quite strong, but I am not a spring chicken. There was a very nice gentleman near the door who jumped up and put my luggage on the bus and on an upper rack. My cousin who was with me had to put his own luggage on the shuttle. He, too is rather strong, but not a spring chicken ( he will be 85 in January 2022). In all other aspects, the driver was very pleasant and competent.
