This is supposed to be Park/Sleep/Fly. We arrived at the hotel to check in and were informed that there were no shuttles because of COVID-19 so we were responsible for our own transportation to the airport. I understand the COVID-19 issue but we were never told this until we arrived. ALSO, told by night manager to come down for a full breakfast the next morning - which was ALSO cancelled because of COVID-19. If you are going to adjust or cancel your services, you need to tell people. That would figure into our decision to stay there for its ease of parking and shuttle to airport.
The hotel is easy to get to, close to the interstate, and the rooms sound-proof enough that you don't hear any outside noise. We appreciated that they had a Social Hour in the afternoon and their breakfast offering had a nice variety. Our only concern was upon our return from our trip we found that our vehicle had been broken into and some items were taken. We understood that the hotel was not to be held responsible before we left on our trip, and we don't. I don't know how often they patrol the parking lots. Our suggestion would be one special area for vehicles left under the Park, Sleep, Fly program; one that was well-lighted and that they could monitor with surveillance cameras.
No problems with the shuttle-parking-staying at the hotel.
