Arrival Info
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a lot attendant who will assist you with parking and your luggage. You will be transported immediately after that. Airport Express Parking shares its address with the RTA Brookpark Station and is located directly across the street from Boss Pro-Karting. Please call the lot at any time if you need assistance finding the lot.
For DEPARTURES - first shuttles start for CHECK IN 4:00 AM every day. Customers can park their cars beginning at this time and NO EARLIER. If you made a reservation to arrive before 4:00 AM, you wont be able to enter the lot till 4AM.
PLEASE NOTE. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE TIMES OF YOUR CHECK-IN/OUT ARE THE TIMES YOU PLAN ON COMING IN/OUT OF THE LOT. CALL AIRPORT EXPRESS PARKING IF YOU ARE RUNNING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES EARLIER OR LATER THAN SCHEDULED CHECK IN TIME. PICK-UPS ARE RUN BASED ON RESERVATION TIMES, RATHER THAN THE SHUTTLE RUNNING ALL DAY. A CORRECT PICK UP/DROP OFF TIME HELPS ENSURE THE CUSTOMER IS PICKED UP AT THEIR DESIRED TIME. YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED AFTER AN HOUR OF YOUR SCHEDULED PICK UP IF YOU DON'T SHOW OR CALL TO UPDATE ARRIVAL TIME.
Airport Transportation
Due to the new airport drop off procedures Airport Express Parking recommends that If you have small children and/or car seats and lots of luggage that you drop them off at the airport first. Airport Express Parking is only 2 minutes from the airport and it will avoid the hassle of hauling all your luggage and family long distances**
Shuttle to the airport is provided based on your scheduled CHECK IN time. please call Airport Express Parking if you are running more than 15 minutes early or late. Upon returning to Cleveland, Airport Express Parking will track your flight to make sure you are picked up promptly. Call Airport Express Parking when you have all your luggage in hand ready to be picked up.

Shuttles from the airport back to the lot run as late as needed 24/7
