If you arrive beyond shuttle and lot operating hours, we will open the lot and have the shuttle service ready for you with an additional fee of $29 to be paid at the facility. This service must be set up 24hours in advance. If you want after-hours service, please call ahead for them to prepare your arrival.

Arrival Info
24 Hour Self Parking, Upon your arrival find an empty parking spot on the 2nd Level of the parking garage. DO NOT PARK on the 1st level of the parking garage or your vehicle will be removed at the owners expense. For shuttle service during normal business hours call (214) 919-2713 and a parking attendant will approach your vehicle. For Self Park text (214) 919-2713 with a picture of your vehicle showing the tag. Please show and confirm your reservation details to the attendant or text in for self park. Please have your reservation details printed as this will serve as your parking ticket. If you are not able to do so, please screenshot your confirmation email to (214) 919-2713. From there you can board the shuttle which runs every 30 minutes from 10AM to 9:30PM CST daily.
