Arrival Info

  • All arriving customers must pull up to the front drive and check in at the front desk before parking. 
  • You must present your reservation receipt (digital copy or printed on paper). 
  • The front desk will then direct you to the parking area.
  • Attendant will issue parking pass and direct you to parking area
  • Shuttle hours are 4:30am to 9am departs every 15 minutes on the hour and 9am to 1am every 30 minutes
  • Shuttle pick-up is on the 1st floor ( Ground Floor)

Airport Transportation

  • Shuttle service is available approximately every 15 minutes, between 4:30 AM and 9:00 AM and every 30 minutes 9am -1am
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before shuttle departure.
  • Shuttle is on demand on arrival back to Orlando, please call 407-856-0100 for shuttle pick up.
