Upon arrival, follow the signs and park your car in the back of the hotel building where it says 'Airport Parking.' Once you park your car call 408-512-3153 for the shuttle service and wait by the Shuttle Waiting Area and the shuttle will pick you up within 5 to 15 minutes. You DO NOT need to go to the hotel front desk to check in or to request shuttle. The parking operation is managed and operated by San Jose Parking. The Holiday Inn San Jose - Silicon Valley CANNOT help you with the check in process. Again, to check in and request a shuttle please call 408-512-3153 after parking your car.
