Simply drive to the lot designated on your reservation confirmation (currently Lot A, B, C or G) and pull under the covered drop off area.
You will be greeted by a friendly valet, who will assist with your luggage and then help you to the shuttle.
Leave your keys in the ignition, take your ticket, and hop onto one of the yellow courtesy vans. It’s that easy.
Please be sure to use the manned checkout line and present your PRINTED RESERVATION RECEIPT to the cashier. Credit cannot be given for your reservation if you do not present voucher to cashier!
**ATTENTION: YOU MUST HAND YOUR PAID VOUCHER TO THE CASHIER WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE! NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED BY MASTERPARK FOR PARKING CHARGES!

Shuttles run 24/7 on demand. Drop-off/pick-up is on the 3rd floor section of the garage in the courtesy shuttle area. All MasterPark shuttles are bright yellow so you can't miss them. Each location has the associated letter in the front window.
