We picked this hotel because we were going to Park & Fly. We did not realize the shuttle was only available from 5:30 to 10:30. Our flight began before this and we arrived back in Tulsa at 11:00. When we arrived at the hotel we were told this hotel did not offer shuttle service on Saturday which was the day we were leaving. This was not noted when we made our reservations. We opted to drive to the airport since the shuttle service was not available. We left early Saturday morning and I requested to have an invoice printed so that I could see how much we were charged and was told they could not print one. I asked one to be emailed but we never received one. I still don't know how much we were charged. We had two rooms. I have used Park & Fly before but was very disappointed with this experience.

The Wyndham Tulsa is an older plant and its age shows. But the room was spacious and the 4th floor offered a lovely view out of the huge windows. The parking was just in the surrounding outdoor lot. It was convenient that there was a restaurant on site but the breakfast was incomplete and unappetizing. The best thing about this experience was the staff. To a one, including the restaurant, they were helpful, friendly, courteous and kind. Les, at the door in the morning, went out of his way to help with my bags.

No driver the morning of our trip to the airport. the hotel staff told me I would need co get an Uber. Unbelievable. Reservation was made over a month before the planned trip. Scheduled the transfer to the airport several days in advance. Still no driver when needed.
