The lot itself was a little further than others but easy to find and check in was pretty quick with friendly office staff. We put ourselves in the van and waited for the driver to sweep the parking lot for about 5 minutes before taking us to the airport. The trip back was where things went bad. We called while still in the terminal to cut down on wait time and the call connected but I could not hear the other person. I called back three times and never heard a word. Someone from the lot called me back when we were already outside and we waited for over 15 minutes in the cold. The driver then raised his voice at me when we reached the lot because I opened the van door and it was apparently broken and needed to be held instead of swinging open. On the plus side our car was pulled in front and he had our keys and we left quickly. Would not stay there again due to infrequent/questionable shuttle service.

Worst experience with airport parking I have ever had. I understand that snow can put a wrench in things but everything about the process from start to finish was disorganized. When I arrived to drop my car off the front desk had troubles looking up my reservation and said he didn't need to refund me my $9.99 pre-paid deposit. My flight was delayed so once I landed I tried calling the hotel to let them know that I was still coming but no one answered the phone so I left a message and never got a call back. When I got to the shuttle line and called the hotel from there I was told that the shuttle was not running due to the roads. So I was forced to take a $30 taxi to the hotel. When I got to the hotel my car was under a foot of snow that I dug out myself since they didn't have it done already. The lobby had dirty socks drying on the heater and smelled terrible.
