When I booked the day, everything was great! So easy! My receipt showed I owed 9.80, or something like that - so when we dropped off my car I gave them a 10 dollar bill for the balance. When I picked up my car, before the cut off time, they said I owed another 18 cents! What is that for?! Why am I paying a third time?! Any way, we did give them another dollar for that. Our car was safe and sound and I will use them again due to convenience and they really were the best choice.

I was very stressed for a big family trip and managed to give the attendant the keys to the wrong car at drop off! ☹️ The attendants were great as I had rolled down the window and of course they were unable to move the car or even roll the window back up! They covered the window with a garbage bag and kept my car safe. Best of all they didn’t make me feel any more silly than I already did when I picked up the car! Thanks!
