At Prime Park, we provide a smooth arrival experience! We are open 24/7, and our lot is conveniently located just 2 minutes away from the airport at 5725 Airport Road. Please pull your car up to the front entrance of our lot, where our valet agent will take your vehicle, drive you directly to the airport in your own car, and then park it safely back in our secured lot after drop-off.
We do not provide shuttle or self-parking services. Please call 437-424-3349 15 minutes before reaching our lot and have your reservation ID ready. Before leaving your vehicle, kindly note the odometer reading and take clear, time-stamped pictures of your car before drop-off for any potential damages. Please do not leave any personal belongings inside, as we are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.
Please note that Prime Park provides VIP valet service — our valet agent will drive you to the airport in your own car and park it back in our secured lot. We do not provide any shuttle service, making this a faster, easier, and more convenient option for travelers
