Arrival Info
- Please arrive to the front desk for check in.
- Show your receipt on mobile or printed.
- I.D or passport required at check in
- Name on identifiaction must match the name on the reservation
- Front desk will provide you with a permit to put on the dash.
- WARNING: No permit on dash could get your car towed.
Cruise Port Transportation
- Cruise port shuttle departs the hotel every hour between 8:00am and 12:00pm during departure days, you will have to schedule the shuttle a day in advance.
- Please note: Cruise Packages include shuttle service for up to 2 guests (including children).
- Additional shuttle passengers will be required to pay an additional $25 each way onsite (cash only).
- If no reservation for a park sleep cruise package with the hotel you will have to pay for the shuttle to the pier, $25/person per trip (this will be cash only).
- Servicing Pier 91 and Pier 66
