When you arrive, when entering you must show the parking attendant at the door your reservation for validation. Proceed to the 7th floor to check in and take shuttle. Check-in is mandatory. Vehicles that do not register are subject to being fined or towed. All vehicles must park from the 6th level and above. Any vehicles parked on levels below without authorization will be subject to fines or towing.
Please must provide us at check in with your reservation information, number of guests with you, name of ship and license plate number. Please note: There are no ins and out at this facility. Any vehicle attempting to re-enter will be subjected to tickets, booting or towing
Check-in begins at 10:30 AM for departing cruises. The first shuttle leaves the garage to port at 11:00 am.
The Last shuttle leaves the garage at 2:30 PM; if you arrive after hours, you may park on the 6th floor and arrange for private transportation to the Port of Miami via UBER, LYFT, or Taxi.
The shuttle is complimentaryt and transports 4 passengers MAX per reservation. For groups of over 4 people, you must drop them at the port.
