Upon entering, obtain a ticket and valet guests proceed to the left towards the cashier. Self-park guests can proceed ahead straight and park on levels 4 and above. Take the elevators down to the Ground Level floor where you can catch the shuttle. The shuttle waiting area/room is to the left of the main entrance of the parking structure. Please note, while covered parking is usually available, guests may be required to park on the rooftop of the parking structure during peak periods.
