Arrival Info

• TO ALLOW A STRESS-FREE TRIP TO THE TERMINAL - Please arrive at the parking facility at least 1-2 hours prior to your CRUISE Ship Embarcation time frame to ensure you arrive at the Cruise Ship Port Terminal with ample time!

• You MUST scan the QR code on your Reservation upon entry to the facility and upon exiting the facility, If you have an issue please ask for help from the 24/7 staff on site. If Pre-paid Reservation QR Code is NOT scanned customer will not get the guaranteed rate on E-Reservation and may be charged a higher daily rate. 

• Due to the special pricing with this reservation, the amount paid on your receipt WILL NOT be adjusted if you return early.

• Customers reserve a Block of time - If the customer enters EARLY or picks up their car AFTER their chosen check-in and/or check-out time frames, the customer will be charged the lot's base FLAT rate of $24.95/24 hours plus a one-time $4.75 Airport Access Fee, there is NO hourly rate.

• Courtesy Shuttles run ON DEMAND ONLY; On your return, Courtesy Shuttles for the Cruise Ship Terminal can take approximately 30-45 minutes on average.

• Please retrieve your luggage FIRST, then AFTER going through Customs call (619) 291-1234 for pick up. Once requested, the shuttle will pick you up in 30-45 minutes on average.

• Wait times may vary due to traffic and construction at the Cruise Port Terminal.

Cruise Port Transportation

• There are Four - Five courtesy shuttles running at all times, providing service to and from the Cruise Ship Port Terminal and Airport terminals On-Demand only. 

• TO ALLOW AMPLE TIME TO CHECK IN AND TO ALLOW A STRESS-FREE TRIP TO THE CRUISE SHIP PORT TERMINAL, PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE LOT 1-2 HOURS BEFORE YOUR CRUISE SHIP EMBARCATION TIME FRAME.

• DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING DEMAND FOR CRUISE SHIP PARKING, IT IS hIGHLY SUGGESTED THAT PARTIES OF 4 OR MORE, DROP OFF ALL THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS AND LUGGAGE AT THE CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL PRIOR TO PARKING. THIS ALLOWS FOR SHORTER, QUICKER SHUTTLE TIME FRAMES TO AND FROM THE CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL.
