The shuttle driver was very quick to pick us up from the airport and helped us to store us luggage on the shuttle. I will use this company again.

As long as the pricing of this lot stays the same, I will be using this lot time and time again when flying out of LAX.

I called to confirm I could fit my van in the parking structure (which it did) and then booked online. When I showed up, my code wouldn't scan at the gate and I called an attendant to help me. He couldn't scan it either and looked at the reservation and manually opened the gate. When I returned, I almost got on the wrong shuttle (apparently there are two lots with the same name with exclusive shuttle service). When I got to the correct lot and tried to leave, I couldn't scan to get out either and they were telling me I parked at the wrong lot. Apparently I booked with a different location. Very confusing. It would be helpful to have any online booking services indicate that there are two locations with different pricing
