You can book your ride from the Hotel to the Airport at the time of check-in if you are staying at the hotel in the beginning of your journey. You can book your ride from the Hotel to the airport by calling the Hotel on (440) 234-3131 couple hours in advance if you are not sleeping at the hotel in the beginning of your journey but at the end. Your return ride from the Airport to the Hotel will be taken care by Front Desk by letting you fill-up a PSF form. Please forget not to notify Front Desk at the time of check-in or beginning of your journey that you are PSF guest and would require ride from the Airport to the Hotel on your return. Instructions for return shuttle from the Airport: On your return, please call Kumar on 216-255-8205 (from within the flight) as soon as you land at Cleveland Airport & confirm total no. of passengers & checked-in bags for the ride. Thereafter, call him again as soon as you collect your luggage and then exit through Door # 7 (located opposite Baggage Claim Conveyer Belt # 11) to "Passenger Pick Up" and wait for him. Usually he is there in few minutes. We guarantee timely pick-up only if you arrive within half-an-hour of your reported OR updated ETA. Hence, please forget not to notify him by text message from your registered mobile number in advance if there is any change in your ETA. Please call Front Desk on 440-234-3131 if you can't contact him despite repeated attempts. This will save you from unnecessary long waiting for the shuttle.
