Corporate Airport Parking - Newark Airport EWR

Arrival Info

Please arrive at Corporate Airport Parking at least 20 minutes prior to when you want to be at your airport terminal. Show your reservation to the lot attendant. 

We will not honor any reservation nor accept any vehicle being drop-off for someone else pick it up.  It is the sole responsibility of customer to keep the claim check ticket in good condition to be presented at check out. 

NOTICE – DAMAGE CLAIM POLICY 
Effective July 1, 2026
To ensure a fair and accurate claims process, all vehicle damage claims must be supported by a clear video recording (NO Photos) taken at the time of check-in on our premises, before the vehicle is accepted by our staff. 
For vehicles checked in between dusk and dawn, the video must have adequate lighting. Dark, blurry, low-quality, or unclear videos will not be accepted. 
Videos recorded after the check-in process has been completed will not be accepted. Any claim that does not comply with this policy will be denied. 
By checking in your vehicle, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. 

Please note: Oversized vehicle charges as followed: Large SUV, Small, Medium or Large Pickup truck, Van: $5 extra per day; 12 passenger van or bigger, double axle pickup trucks a $12.00* extra charge per day. Extra charge + tax will be applied at the final receipt when checking out. We do not accept any kind of trailers attached to vehicles. No bike racks allowed No buses or limousines are allowed in this lot.

As of January 2026 we will not accept any pickup truck for indoor garage.

On demand free shuttle service to and from the airport. Luggage assistance is available.
