All arriving customers must pull up to the front drive and check in at the valet or hotel front desk before parking. You must present your reservation receipt (digital copy or printed on paper). The Valet Attendant will issue parking pass and direct you to the parking area.
Once parked, customers turn in their vehicle keys to the valet attendant and the attendant will give you a claim ticket for your keys. If you have stayed past your reservation end time, you will be required to pay the additional balance during check out.
Shuttle hours are 4:00am to 12am departs every 15 minutes on the hour and 12am to 4am every 30 minutes. Shuttle pick-up is on the hotel's 1st floor (Ground Floor)
