Guest must PRINT 2 copies of your reservation receipt confirmation and BRING it to the hotel.
All AirportParkingReservations.com guests, please come to the Front Desk to find out specific parking location for APR guests and to receive the Parking Permit and the Parking Voucher
Shuttle departs every approximately every 30 minutes if requested. You must arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to departure or you may not be allowed to get on.
The shuttle will NOT wait if you are late or did not follow these directions properly.

Airport Transportation

Shuttle hours will be from 6:00 AM until 10:30 PM daily and runs approximately every 30 minutes.
Guest will need to call the hotel at 972-724-2600 to arrange pick up from the airport.
AirportParkingReservations.com guests will need to show the Parking Voucher to the driver to enter the shuttle bus and will need to give the driver. The voucher for pickup upon your return.
If the parking voucher is lost, the driver will not allow you on the shuttle and you will be required to find other transportation back to the hotel for your vehicle.

It took about 35 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. Other than that was an excellent service

Very easy way to have resonable priced over night parking at the airport. The service is quick and easy. The wait time is never a problem when getting to the airport and you might wait a little bit longer on the pickup side but it too is minimal.

Everything from reservations to parking and pick up was great and well explained. Our early morning driver to the airport was less than happy to be kind or helpful at all, so when we arrived back to airport waiting for the shuttle to go back we were prepared for Mr. Grumpy. To our surprise we had a very kind, courteous, gentleman who made our tired, end -of -travel refreshing.
