Pull your vehicle into the hotel’s main entrance at 7712 E Riverside Dr. Use the temporary loading zone under the awning.
Head to the Front Desk with your reservation details and license plate number. The front desk agent will register your vehicle in their system to ensure you are not flagged for enforcement.
Park your vehicle in the on-site surface lot. Once parked, proceed to the lobby to wait for the shuttle.
Our shuttle runs on demand. Please call the hotel at 512-389-1222 to schedule your shuttle service prior to check in.
Please note the shuttle operates in two shifts based on availability: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM. (If you arrive between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM, you will need to use a rideshare).
