Pull your vehicle up to the main hotel entrance under the awning (temporary loading zone). Head to the Front Desk with your reservation details and your license plate number.
The agent will register your vehicle in our digital system to prevent towing and provide you with a printed dash pass. They will then direct you to the designated long-term cruise parking area
Please note: Shuttle costs $10 per person, per way.
You must call the front desk at (321) 868-1600 to schedule your shuttle at least 12 hours prior to your arrival. The shuttle service runs twice daily at 9:45 AM and 11:15 AM on cruise days only. Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via text/email confirmation.
