Booked our parking reservation at Marriott Suites OHare. Check in was pretty smooth. Checkout was not as good. Hotel desk told us to bring in our ticket when we returned, which we did. The person at the desk told us to just “hit the button” on your way out & the gate will lift. However, this didn’t work & we had to back up & go back into the hotel to ask them to lift the gate. Just annoying at 11 pm when we wanted to get home. The shuttle service, however, was very good. Undecided on whether we would book this location again.

Overall, the parking at Chicago marriott suites was great. My only complaint is that it appeared someone siphoned about 5 gallons of gas out of my SUV while I was gone for spring vacation. Aside from that issue, the Marriott was easy to find, easy to work with, and the shuttle to/from the airport was the answer that mattered. It took them less than 10 minutes to pick my family up from the international terminal after I called for a pickup. Parking at O'hare was completely full this week, so a safe offsite option was welcomed.

I missed on the directions that we needed to touch base inside the hotel to get our parking ticket stamped. It was super easy, convenient, and definitely one of most affordable choices to park and fly.
