Guests utilizing our parking services must report to the hotel lobby/front desk upon arrival and complete the required parking registration form, including personal contact information and vehicle details. Guests must also present a valid online reservation confirmation to the front desk agent before parking their vehicle.
Upon returning to retrieve their vehicle or at the conclusion of their parking stay, guests are required to stop at the front desk, notify the front desk agent of their departure, and sign the checkout form before leaving the property.
If a guest's return or vehicle pickup will be delayed beyond the scheduled date and time, the guest must contact the hotel directly at (860) 370-5350 and notify the front desk staff as soon as possible. Failure to provide notice of a delayed pickup may result in additional parking fees and could lead to the vehicle being subject to towing at the owner's expense.
By parking on hotel property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all parking policies and procedures.
Beginning June 1, 2026, Motel 6 Windsor Locks – Bradley International Airport will offer 24/7 airport shuttle service for hotel guests and parking customers.
Scheduled shuttle service operates every 30 minutes from 3:20 AM to 9:25 AM. Outside of these scheduled hours, shuttle service is available on demand.
Guests requesting after-hours shuttle transportation should expect an estimated wait time of 20 to 30 minutes, depending on shuttle availability and airport traffic conditions.
