We arrived and there was no one there. The office (trailer) was open and keys from the other cars were lying in plain view. We waited for five minutes and no one showed up and we needed to make the flight so we left. We forwarded the reservation confirmation email back requesting a refund, but the email did not go through. We called the number, but it went straight to voicemail mail. We requested a refund and have heard nothing back.

Drop off was 40 + minutes, even as terminal 4 was 1st , right in front of us, it went to 7 firs, then 5 , and the, whent first to pick up passengers at terminal 4. we had to exit the van and walk across trafic to drop off area and the terminal eventually. overoll, coniniently located, yes, clost to aiport yes, drop off, make shure to give yourself an extra hour or more to drop off vahicle and arrive to your terminal!!
