MANDATORY SELF CHECK-IN

All customers must complete the self check-in process before arriving at the parking facility.

Completing your check-in in advance helps prevent delays and provides faster access to the courtesy shuttle.

UPON ARRIVAL

1. Enter the parking facility at 1 Herald Plaza.

2. If you have not completed your self check-in, scan the QR code posted at the entrance and complete all required information.

3. Keep your check-in confirmation readily available and show it to the on-site attendant.

4. Follow the attendant’s instructions and park only in the designated Cruise Parking area.

5. Remove all valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle. Make sure your windows are closed and your vehicle is securely locked.

6. Proceed to the designated shuttle waiting area.

COURTESY SHUTTLE INFORMATION

• First shuttle departure: Approximately 11:00 AM

• Final shuttle departure to the Port of Miami: 2:30 PM

• Estimated frequency: Every 30–45 minutes, depending on traffic and port conditions

• Passenger limit: Maximum of four passengers per reservation

Please allow sufficient time for check-in, parking, passenger loading, traffic, port congestion and security delays.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Self check-in is mandatory. Customers who fail to complete the required check-in process may experience delays or may not be permitted to use the courtesy shuttle service.

Cruise Port Transportation

CHECK-IN & SHUTTLE SCHEDULE

• Check-in begins at 10:30 AM
• The first shuttle departs at 11:00 AM
• The last shuttle departs at 2:30 PM
• Shuttles run every 30–45 minutes (some terminals may experience longer waits).
• If a shuttle is full, it may pass by without stopping— another will be dispatched.
• Shuttle service is a courtesy, not a paid transportation service.
• Shuttles transport up to 4 passengers per reservation.
• No refunds for Uber, Lyft, or taxi fares.

 Transportation is not aligned with cruise check-in times. Guests arriving after shuttle hours may park on the 8th floor UNCOVERED and must arrange private transportation to the Port of Miami via Uber, Lyft, or taxi.

SHUTTLE POLICY

• Shuttle service is complimentary
• Transportation is limited to 4 passengers per reservation
• Groups exceeding 4 passengers must drop off additional guests at the port prior to parking

We do not reimburse Uber, Lyft, or taxi expenses under any circumstances.
