Upon your return, after claiming your luggage call us at 859-746-0300 so we can send the shuttle. We pick-up at Ground Transportation West Zone 3. Signs show "Hotel Shuttle".

Transit to and from the airport was quick and easy. We will use this again next time we fly out of Cincinnati.

The location is right near the airport. The shuttle is basically always there available and ready to leave. Pick up from the airport is easy. You just need to call the number of the hotel and they come in less than 10 min to the same location of drop off. The price is just perfect. The people at the receptionist are super nice and they really help. I always park here when I fly out from Cincinnati airport and I definitely recommend this location.

Loved using the reservation app, was easy to find the parking lot, quick to sign in and get a shuttle to the airport on time with minimal wait. When arriving back to the airport we called once getting off the plane (we only had carry on’s, no checked bags). By the time we made it to the hotel shuttle to get picked up, our shuttle was there in 5 minutes or less. Easy and no stress. Will definitely use again!
