At 10pm I waited 15 min at hotel checkin counter with NO staff person. When off duty employee came, she asked me where there employee was? I was than told there was NO airport shuttle and I would have to Uber to the airport, which I did. I arrived early to park my car, so my trip was not impacted. I was unable to call the hotel prior to my trip to confirm their shuttle service. You need to do a better job screening the parking locations. George
This area is no longer equipped or safe for airport parking. (And I have parked here many times in the past). The shuttle is sporadic and in fact, almost non-existent. I was almost late to my flight TO the airport and I had to Uber to my car when I returned late at night from my trip because they had no shuttle (even though this is listed and in the past, has been part of their service). When I landed at 10pm, I called and the lady at the front desk said she didn't realize they were even offering parking anymore. When I was finally able to Uber to where I'd left my vehicle, someone's garbage was sitting on my car. I would recommend Airport Parking Reservations remove this venue as a parking option from their site.
When we arrived, one lady was there. She told me just to park anywhere...very vague. Then she told us she had no shuttle driver. She didn't offer a solution; I had to ask what we should do. She told us to call a taxi. I asked her if she could, so she did. We waited about 25 minutes for a taxi, now worried we would miss our flight. It cost us $20.00 to get to the airport. When we went back to pick up our car, there was no one there to give the receipt to for reimbursement. We will NOT be using this service (dis-service) again.
