Elevator wasn’t working...it was almost midnight and a dozen of us had to carry luggage to floors 4-5-6! Shuttle van has a very small sign for Value park on the side...look for 405 parking so you don’t miss it.

You should make the “Value Park” sign on the van bigger. It was difficult to spot.

The Elevator didn’t work on my return, I’m 69 so you can imagine the stress added on at the end of the trip. I couldn’t find anyone to help me. Had to cross the street for guidance.
