The wait for the shuttle was over an hour after we landed, calling the front desk numerous times, only to be told that he was on his way. The driver was very nice, and let us out with his pass card which saved us the hassle of going to the front desk at 11:30pm. Would probably not use your parking again as there were covered parking at other locations at a lesser rate

Everything about this experience was really good - the staff were especially friendly and helpful. When I picked up my car, there was no damage. It's a bit pricey at $20/day, but the service is very nice. My only complaint was the phone number emailed to me upon my return was for a fax machine. I'm standing at the baggage claim area, frantically searching on my phone for a number to call to have them pick me up. This was very disappointing.
