Arrival Info

• PRIOR TO ARRIVING: Email parking office prior to arriving for Complimentary airport Uber voucher to the San Diego Airport (value up to $10 each way). We suggest you email us about 2 days prior to ensure your uber voucher can be sent on a timely manner. Please make sure you download the Uber app on your phone before your email. [email protected] | Any emails sent SATURDAY / SUNDAY will get a reply back Monday. Office hours are M-F 8 AM TO 5 PM
  
  
• PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: Upon arrival, please enter through the structure at either the Columbia or India entrance and scan the QR code for your reservation. Enter through the gate and drive to an unmarked stall of your choice. If the roll grills are closed, please press the intercom to let Security know that you need the roll grills raised to access the garage, as you are a paid customer via the Airport Parking Reservations site."

• CHECK-IN HOURS: Parking office hours are from 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri. If your reservation time is outside of those hours, please contact Columbia Garage at least 2 business day prior to arriving during the office hours stated above to ensure you have received your Uber voucher and/or clarify any questions you may have.  You can find the phone number on your receipt.

Airport Transportation

• NO ONSITE SHUTTLE. A Complimentary Uber voucher is offered per reservation. To receive your Uber voucher from the garage to the airport for your departure and/or when you arrive back at the airport back to the garage, please email [email protected] with your name and reservation number. Once the $20 credit voucher has been used within the Uber app, no more vouchers will be issued.
• FOR DEPARTING CUSTOMERS: Once you have used the promo code to request your UBER ride through the UBER app, head to the designated ride-share pick-up area on Broadway circle to meet the driver. 
• FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS: Upon return from your trip, whether at the airport or cruise port, please use the promo code provided at the beginning of the trip to request UBER through the UBER app for a ride back to the lot.
