Arrival Info
Changes/Cancellations: All changes / cancellations request must be made prior to your check-in time. Cancellation request made past check-in time will be denied. Reservations cannot be changed or modified after your vehicle is checked-in.
Oversize Vehicles: Please note: We do not allow any SUVs or other oversized vehicles at our lot.
Flights: We are not partnered with your air carrier. We take no responsibility for cancelled or delayed flight departure/arrival. All flight inquiry, claims and feed back must be submitted directly to the airline.
Terms: This reservation is to park your vehicle for the time and date per your reservation only. We strongly suggest that only vehicle keys should be left with us. All customers who knowingly or unknowingly take the vehicle keys with them will be subject to $175 business interruption fee, this fee must be paid in cash or certified funds. All dues must be paid before vehicle is released.
Airport Transportation
- Free shuttle runs every 30 minutes- 7 days a week 4am- 9pm.
- We suggest that party of more than 2 passengers should be dropped off at the airport prior to check-in.
- To accommodate all customers, Up to 4 passengers and 2 bags per reservation are allowed for complimentary shuttle service.
- Complimentary Shuttle will provide free transportation TO and FROM New LaGuardia Airport ONLY. No Pets/animal allowed on shuttle.
- Customers requiring to be dropped off at the venue other than LaGuardia Airport will be subject to additional fee at check-in.
