First time using this parking lot. When coming in, I was unaware of where to park for uncovered and thought perhaps I needed to park along the driveway as others had. With driving I found the lot in the back.

Parking spot needs to send more vans to the International Terminal. Even calling when I arrived I still had a long wait for the van. There were too many people waiting and everyone couldn't fit on the van. The driver was courteous and very helpful but with all the international arrivals on Saturday and Sunday evenings, vans should be circling constantly as other parking services seem to do.

We just missed the shuttle to the international terminal when we arrived, so we had to wait 25 minutes for the next one. We got right on a shuttle when we returned and didn't even have to call the lot for one. I would recommend the Parking Spot to travelers.
