I am not happy only because the shuttle bus driver was very impatient, it was -16 in the middle of winter, I had two kids under the age of 5. We waited outside for the shuttle for at least 10mins at 11pm. My 5 year old had to use the bathroom, we were probably gone for 5-10mins at the most. We came back and the bus had come and gone without even a courtesy call considering how cold it was outside.
I waited over 40 minutes to get picked up at Terminal 1. The driver was the rudest guy I ever met. He asked me for my receipt upon pick up and I explained to him that it is in my vehicle at the lot. He told me “if I take you to the wrong place I am going to leave you there! I can’t bring you back!” I assured him that I have parked there many times and that I was born and raised in Toronto and know where I am going. He seemed angry and annoyed with all the passengers.
It would be helpful to have letters or something at each row to help remember where you park. The shuttle service to be picked up from the airport was disappointing. It was difficult to reach anyone to advise we had landed and were waiting for the shuttle and when we finally reached someone, he waited an additional 30 minutes for a shuttle to arrive.
