Everything was perfect besides one thing, when we landed back in Minnesota and called for a ride, the hotel scheduled an uber for us but called back shortly after saying they were locked out of their uber account. It was midnight and -20 degrees out and after a full day of travel and with a 3 hour drive ahead of us we didn’t want to wait the 15-20 mins for a cab and asked if we could call our own uber and get reimbursed (not a problem at all). I was reimbursed a few days later. The man behind the desk handled it great, it would be nice if upper management of the hotel would give these guys access to those things in case stuff like that happens again in the future.

Staff was very unorganized and didn't know much about the Park&Fly shuttle service. Upon returning, we called and asked for a shuttle back and had to call twice to ask with about a half hour wait.

The only downfall for this park and fly, is that their shuttle stops at midnight, so if you come in after that you have to get a taxi back to the hotel. Other than that, the experience was great.
