Outdated and not clean. Had to interrupt front desk staff from socializing to check in. Told me no details. Had to ask where to park, breakfast info, shuttle schedule.

I was informed that the shuttle would be delayed at least 30 minutes and no guarantee there would be enough room so I contacted Uber. Did not use shuttle either way because could not count on it. Very disappointed. Will not use in future travel.

Arrived around 1am and they could not find our reservation even with my receipt. So got another room that was not a king size bed but felt like a double. Thankfully we were extremely tired. Also when getting a shuttle to airport driver felt it was okay for us (2 passengers) to only have one seat. We didn’t feel good about that so said we would wait, he never came back so another driver took us an hour later who was very accommodating. Also driver who picked us up at airport in return was amazing. Wish I would have gotten those 2 drivers names.
